2026 Arizona State Invitational

Vancouver Debate Academy is thrilled to celebrate the outstanding performance of Flora Tu and Joshua Zhou at the Arizona State Invitational Tournament last weekend. Josh and Flora competed in a field of 144 of the top varsity teams internationally, and debated with exceptional skill and poise to reach double octofinals and the top 32 teams in the tournament!

Most impressively, this achievement earned them a bid to April’s invitation-only Tournament of Champions, their second TOC bid this year! This is a phenomenal accomplishment highlighting their relentless preparation, brilliant teamwork, and competitive excellence. The entire VDA community is so proud of you and excited to see what you achieve next!
