2023 Georgetown Spring Tournament

Last weekend, VDA competed at the Georgetown Spring 2023 online tournament. We had a very successful weekend and established some amazing ground on a brand new topic. Please join me in congratulating our students and celebrating their success: 

For Middle School Novice:

– Placing 2nd and making it to Finals: Caitlin Lee and Isabel Jiang

– Making it to Semifinals: Steven Shi and Yannie Ye

And for Speaker Awards, making it in the Top 5: 

– 2nd: Caitlin Lee

– 3rd: Yannie Ye

– 4th: Isabel Jiang

For Varsity:

– Making it to Semifinals: Sophia Zhang and Jack Wang

– Also making it to Semifinals: Owen Chen and Ken Wu

This tournament was our fresh beginning for a new topic and we are VERY proud of our results!
